I have never tried it but I have read from other posters and they have said that the rhinestones do not stick to the plastisol. You would need to have holes in the design for the rhinestones to sit in so that they can stick to the fabric.
I have tried it and no the stones will not stick. You can either go around the design or place small holds in the design so that the stone can adhere to the fabric as the above poster stated, but as far as sticking directly to the plastisol it did not work.
That's just what I understand. The stone glue is meant to stick to fabric, not leather, ink or most vinyl.
