Looking to buy a DTG printer and looking at the anajet mp10i. Also interested in a Neoflex or Epson. Can anyone tell me what they think of any of these brands? I’m looking at doing t-shirts, signs/plaques, etc.

I can't say anything about the above brands since i use another BUT: if you don't have enough volume of work, any DTG is only a maintenance nightmare. Enough volume is about 30-50 shirts daily. Think about it before you made your purchase. And read the horror stories just here on TSF.
The ink in the machine needs to flow and when you don't print you'll need to flush it so you waste a lot of expensive ink.
DTG's need more care and love than any other printer.
