I run a small family t-shirt business, not on-line just a small traditional store. Mainly vinyl cutting, a few months back I stared adding rhinestone to my inventory. I like to design and create, lets say about 5-8 tees then I create another design. Sometimes a lot of work is put into some designs, and it seems a pity that I don’t overwork the designs that much so I was thinking to create a site and share for free some designs for personal and small business use.
Website
In the future I might also sell some designs.

What it’s worth I put together a type of terms of use, just to give some sort of copyright protection to the designs.

I would be happy that someone else likes and uses the designs for small production, but I wouldn’t what the designs to sold as is or end up on stock design sites.

Maybe someone with more experience can kindly review these terms of use and let me know if it seems all clear. Thanks. roger

I cannot think of anything else to add. I think you covered all your bases.
Thank you fro providing free vectors!

One thing I may add is perhaps a number of prints instead of specifying what a small business is eg: You may not produce more than 100 including all media such as T-shirts, mugs, hats etc ( or quantity you feel is appropriate ).
Just a last minute thought :)

Cricut has that weird "no more than X number of sales at a craft fair per year" for their cartridges, with zero use allowed for a lot of the commercial image ones, like Disney themes. I was told that this is pseudo-legal mumbo jumbo and has no factual basis in any kind of law. You can specifiy usage but not quantity. A lot of fonts are licensed for all commercial use (signs, letterhead, logos, etc) except resale/embedding, so you cannot use the font in a word processor you programmed, or create a set of die-cut punches from the font.
