Retro Font/Graphic Help

Hi I need help with creating a design that is similar to the attached image that says, "surfboard quiver giveaway". I need the font, and some direction on how to manipulate the text like they did there in the picture.

Go to dafont.com and look under groovey. Find a font like shagadelic and create text on a path or use the distortion filters to create flowing text.

so how do i get the font into ps? also what is the legalities behind using those fonts for commercial use/logo?

To get the font so that you can use it is Photoshop you would open up your start menu and drag the icon for that font into the font folder...
