I have been creating T-shirts for many years and have always used Gildan for Toddler, Youth and Adult. Gildan discontinued the Toddler sizes. Rabbit Skin and Hanes are both extremely small for the 2T-4T sizes. I have had several complaints on how small they are. I cannot find a replacement that comes close to the Gildan measurements 2t 13W by 17L, 3T 14W by 18L and 4T 15W by 19L. Gildan owned Anvil as well and Anvil appears to be out of business in Toddler. Bella is costly as is the Rabbit SKin natural.
Does any one else faced this same issue and perhaps found a shirt source for larger toddler sizes?

Have you tried moving to youth x-small? That is the smallest size i offer my customers when doing screen printing and have not had any complaints.

over half my business are infant and toddler shirts I carry the youth XS and up as well.
It appears that I will have to advise the customer to pick a larger size thanks

Check with Delta Apparel. They have toddler sizes that are close to the measurements that you need.

Gildan has replaced them. The only problem is that the sizing is smaller than before - the tags are now tearaway, and on them it says retail sizing. the new number is 5100 (old number was 2000) they are just slightly lighter weight, but not really noticeable. What I am doing is re-labeling - Which I did part of the time anyway. 2t has now become 24 mo (which allows matching colors) 3t becomes 2t, 4t becomes 3t, and youth xs becomes 4t. It may sound like a lot of hassle, but it makes it very close to the previous sizing.
