Hello, I just joined and I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I have been using an Epson 1430 for my film output and it has just bit the dust. I am looking for recommendations for a replacement, preferably $600 or less?

A cheap workforce printer will do the job with the stock inks, and much better if you replace the inks with dye based ones.
Dye based inks may look translucent but block UV light better.
