create another file with the same canvas size and resolution. on the original file select the image layer and then dupicate it. erase the original layer.

on the layer you have left use the magic wand tool to select the circle design area around burrows. then use the move tool to drag and drop onto the other file's artboard/canvas. with that being done delete that area from the original file. select the 'pixely' bkgd (it's called a gradient) with the magic wand tool (hold down shift key while selecting to select multiples) until most of it's selected and delete it. what ever other little stuff is left use the eraser to delete. should leave you able to use the marquee tool to select the signature stuff and drag to the other page or brindg the other back etc.

Unfortunatly I am screwing off at work right now and not at my computer, but if you have photoshop 6 or newer there is a background remover tool... called? You open the design in there and use the tool to trace around it.. It has a lot of leeway so if you stay in the border it will leave it and remove the rest .. good advice above make a copy so if you mess it up you are not lost..
