A friend of mine gave me a bunch of nice aluminum pallets the problem is..he never used pallet tape on them! There are many, many layers of glue directly on the pallets. I tried to clean one with screen opener and press wash but it took almost 2 hours.. My question is there a solution i can purchase to remove the glue? Could i just soak them in paint thinner, or some other solvent?

Soak it good with press wash and let it penetrate all the built up layer of fuzz. Keep it wet and let it sit for some time. Then heat it up with your flash unit. The heat will soften the adhesive. Keep it hot with the flash while you work the layer of gunk free with a plastic putty knife or a large plastic razor blade.
