I screenprinted a few shirts - some with water based shirt ink from speedball, some with another acrylic brand whose brand I don't recall - and a couple of them got a stray ink spot of each kind on them; it's already dry, and I assume there's no way to remove them, but I figured this would be the place to ask!

Get a spot gun.. You can usually find them where you get your supplies or online from most ink suppliers.. Once you have one, you won't know how you ever lived without one.
