Remove unwanted ink

Anyone have a tip or trick for getting ink smears off the shirt. We have a few ways but none are great. Pic attached...

We bought a high pressure (takes off skin!) tool when we acquired our screen printing equipment years ago. It works on DTG usually. Looks like a paint spray tool, no idea where you'd find one but I bet any screen print supply house sells them.

This is the tool that Brian is talking about I bet. You need to get the spot clean chemicals too.
