I own a 6 color 2 station press with out micros and i knew before hand that it would be difficult to line up jobs that over lap or need a white under base. I fist tryed to line up a job with a white under base when i fist got the press no luck. So then i decided to wash out my screens and try again this time using the center line registration method no luck there. I know i will be hard but not impossable but right now it seems impossable. Also i know there was a time when there wre no micros so if any one has any tips or tricks please help.

Did you "choke" back the white plate so the other colors overlap a little? That should help in the setup.

exactly what i was going to say. you need to trap your colors so they overlap. and without micro reg you are going to want to choke it more than usual

set up the design so that your final color over laps all the other colors so you have a perfect registration

it is very easy to do with out any micros.
u cant do this. print ur under base then register Ur other screen from that one.
