Reflective inks

hi i am trying to find out what kind of ink skin is using on there shirts its super shinny it comes in red blue silver and gold alot of t shirt brands like SKIN industries AFFLICTION it looks like a foil but there is no way there getting that much detail with the heat press foil
thank you if you help me

it is foil there is no ink like that. they use a clear type of ink that acts like glue when pressed
