HELP !!!! I'm ready to give up.
I have a refine eh721 plotter. I am running it with sign blazer software. I cant get the plotter to even flinch when i go to cut something. I have tried adjusting the settings to use both refine 721 and roland pnc 1000. I have tried it with the usb port, serial port (port 1)and parallel port (port 1). When I installed the software i set it to parallel port (lpt1). I am not the most computer literate person, am I missing something??
