I do not know if it is very common but sometimes I have problems with red ink but I do not know exactly why. In the image you can see that the red does not cover the white ink.
For example, these two shirts were pre-treated in the same way and printed the same day. Does anyone know what can happen?

Specifically with this design I had problems 20% of the time. My printer is a modified epson 1500 and I use sols imperial or gildan ultra cotton shirts and image armor inks.
