I do a lot of designs that have red ink and are placed on black t's. I ususally put a white underbase for the red portion of the design. Just was wondering if anyone knows of a red ink that doesn't require an underbase. Checked the threads and didn't find anything related to this.

Union ink.. Mixopake series.I have used them and requires print/flash/print/flash/print. But honestly not a big fan.. I prefer underbase white flash then top color.

+1 Foot print on that, Unions scarlet maxopake is a great ink to have for short runs, or those crazy small details on black shirts.

I still like Drake from Wilflex, or Dallas from IC over a white underbase better as far as color goes, but... you gotta do what you gotta do.

Thanks for the response. I probably will stick with the white underbase, get best results that way.
