Help! I am printing a design that has red ink touching white ink. The white layer needs to be pushed first. I push the white, flash, then push the red. For some reason in a few places the red bubbles over on to the white. I have never had this happen before. I raised and lowered the red screen and still no change. I am printing on silver A4 cool performance shirts. Thanks for any help!

If it's always on the same spot, I would use an IR heat gun and see if you have a hot spot on your flash unit. It's a good idea to check anyway so you aren't curing the white ink anyway. Also, make sure your shirt is cooled off sufficiently before printing the red.

This may be occuring due to less cooling time. Wait for sufficient time before printing the red.
