I'm posting to see if anyone has purchased Red Grid Light recently(the house brand). I have quite a large order and ordered quite a bit of red grid. I went to print today and the paper is 11 3/4 inch by 8 1/4. May not seem big but everything is off, the paper is skewed and going at an angle even with a guide adjustment on my C88+. I plan on calling on Tuesday to see what gives. I haven't had quality issues before and they have always been on top of everything. Just popping in to see if I missed something. I wanted to finish the job over the holiday weekend and now it's taking much longer with this crazy batch of transfer.

The length shouldn't make a difference, & if the paper is 8 1/4, as long as you use the adjustment, that shouldn't make a difference either. There are other settings for specific sizes. Are you using the normal paper setting? If so, you may have to use a setting for heavier paper. I used red grid years ago but don't remember if it's any heavier than other types.
