Just got a used Roalnd GX-24 and was just wondering what everyone's settings for speed and pressure are for this model to cut regular HTV Vinyl and Decal paper? Thanks for the info guys!

use the test cut feature for your particular htv, but a starting point for htv would be a force of about 90, 45 degree blade and offset 250 (speed will be determined by complexity of the design)

i don't know what decal paper is, do you mean sign vinyl?
not that it matters really, use the test cut feature for any new material and save the settings

We use a cut test but we also use Clean Cut blades which are super sharp. For our Versacamm, HTV is normally 60 to 65 grams but if the vinyl is thicker we might go more. Speed is normally set at 5 cm for detailed cuts, 10 for most and 30 for just big stuff.
