Small on space, I would look at an anatol volt s, a brown automatic or a lawson. All three companies make smaller presses at various price points.

We have been in business 10+ Years. We currently have a manual screen printer but we are worn out, the employees are wore out and we need to go automated. Any suggestions? We are really tight on space. I would love to see pictures.

You should also attend a trade show , pictures are great but seeing in person would be better and a lot of companies run show specials that might save you a little money ...We have been in business 10+ Years.
