Can anyone recommend a supplier of wholesale fabric for dye sub and if you have experience doing leggings for general leisure wear what would you use ?

It just needs to be mostly Polyester. As near to 100% as you can get. Dye sublimation only works with Polyester. If there are other threads in the fabric, they will not accept the transfer and will cause a deterioration in the image quality.
Edit: Also, you want it to be white or near white. I have sublimated to other colors, such as blue, by using black only, but lighter colors on darks will not show correctly.

Yes I understand that , I need to buy in bulk rolls . Theres some wholesale fabric places that deal in fabrics for sublimation that can come up with better prices . Just looking to see if anyone has any specific recommendations .
I was only trying to point out that you don't need to be concerned that the supplier calls out that it is a sublimation capable fabric. The only requirement is that the fabric is Polyester. Any purveyor of fabrics should be able to supply what you need.

I would agree how ever calling around to fabric stores in my area have no idea what I'm talking about , I thought if I went in asked for a high poly spandex blend wit a 4 way stretch it would be a no brainer but this isn't the case . Its kind of the difference between walking into Walmart and buying a blank shirt or buying from a triple A t shirt from a wholesaler by the case . I'm looking for a wholesaler of the fabrics and am finding out there are some who specialise in fabrics for sublimation that if I buy in volume can get me better pricing . I was asking if anyone could recommend one over another and if they found better quality and price for fabric that they maybe using for doing leggings .

Dye sub suppliers don't call their material anything but sublimate able. leggins is leggins.
I used online-fabrics.co.uk when I wanted rolls of white polyester to line a ceiling with a year or so ago. dunno if she supplies four way stretch or not, you'll just have to continue the quest.

I think you are looking for a Poly Spandex blend. Just try to get at least 90% Polyester. Here is an example. I would order a sample and see what a transfer looks like on it.
