I use an ink degradent, a stencil remover, and a degreaser for reclaiming screens--at least. Many people I know consider dehazing to be a regular part of the reclaim cycle.
I've been a fan of the LSR-30 from CCI for many years now, but only when screens get really grungy--otherwise it's simple green.
I'm also getting into the habit of trying Plastisolve 842 when I have ink hazing--seems to take care of a lot of it without resorting to the caustic.
