I've tried to reclaim this one screen about... 4 times already and the emulsion wont let go. Its starting to drive me insane. I usually just use clorox and it takes the stuff right out, 3 other screens worked with it. Now this one last one is being stubborn, not even saatichem remove er2 is taking the stuff out. I think I might just give up and toss this screen.

You might have locked the emulsion in with hot chemicals, or it might not have been properly exposed in the first place (incorrectly exposed screens are often harder to reclaim). Either way, sounds like it's time for the screen to meet Mr. Razorblade.

My only question is why did you even use bleach in the first place? Especially since you said you tried ER2 afterwards....if you already had the real stuff why bother with a household chemical?

Like the above have mentioned, you probably either locked it up with the bleach, or it was improperly exposed, and now it's locked up. End game is that you just need to scrap it.

Yeah haze remover (like mentioned above) might get some of it out, but in my opinion the less nasty caustic chemicals you have to use the better. Scrap the mesh and start over.
