hi all... new to the forum!

I purchased a Veloci-Jet XL from Equipment Zone on March 17th, waiting on shipment now. I am told that the machine is still "in-production, waiting on a part to arrive". I was curious to know if anyone else has had or is having similar issues receiving their equipment from the company. The initial projected delivery time was under 2 weeks.

spoke with Harry again this morning, parts are finally in and my machine should be going out tomorrow.

2 weeks seems like a gift of a time frame. If they are building from scratch, 2 weeks is fast. Mine took closer to 2 months to have completed. I'm sure a lot of that is demand at the time of the order.

Either way, overall, it will be worth the wait. It's a well put together machine. My advice is not to slack on the regular maintenance at all. It's a big investment, so do not cut any corners.

You have gone with a solid reputable company. Harry is doing what needs to be done to get you set up. And they will support you through the learning curve.

just a follow up - i have had my machine for a couple weeks now, and it works flawlessly. I am very happy with my decision to go with the Veloci-Jet as well as Equipment Zone. the support i have received from them has been great. Hawkeye has helped tremendously with troubleshooting jobs, and my prints are coming out beautiful.
