Received a DTG M2 today. The place purchased was not available to help. I pressed the green up button with the platens on to do a nozzle check. The plastic piece next to the head is hitting the platen and giving me an error 72. I turned it of and then got another error. I think an 84. Both Y axis errors. The seller's receptionist was colder than ice. The techs are not available. Any advice? Also this is a refurbished demo model. When I turned the machine on for the first time many small chunks of white came flowing through the lines with the packing solution. The tech I did talk to said that it is fine. Is it fine?

The M2 is an awesome printer, but I could not imagine owning one without the support of Coldesi backing me up. Even if you purchase second hand, I believe they sell a support contract. It is WORTH IT!!!

Joel and Bill are geniuses and they will not rest unless your issue is solved no matter how big or small.
