My old shop used it for a lot of the smaller orders we would get. I'm personally not a fan of clip art but they have some good pieces in there that you could utilize if you have a new designer that's not quite sure of himself.

That's exactly what I use the templates for, small orders that need done quick in order to turn a decent profit. Usually, it those orders that only need two or three dozen and the customer has no idea or even a preference as to a design.

When a customer has a vision of what they want I get excited at trying to exceed their expectations. That's when the artistic juices really start flowing.
