REAL FIX For Peeling Corners

soooo....I've been using the 3G opaque inkjet transfers and they come out great....quite impressed with the quality of them...EXCEPT the damn corners peel...not all of them...sometimes 1 or maybe 2 on each transfer...I'm using high pressure as instructed at 350 degrees for 30 seconds as per instructions that came with the transfers but the corners still sometimes peel.

I've scoured the threads and saw people using different temps and times but nobody claimed to solve the "peeling corners issue"...is there a real/working fix for the corners peeling?
I have an order for some shirts and the corners NEED to be square/pointed and not rounded....

One other thing I am having a small problem with is when I peel the back from the transfer and lay it on the shirt after heating it up to get any moisture out the transfer begins to adhere to the shirt making it VERY hard to re-adjust the transfer, at least without messing it up...I can't afford to use 2-3 transfers for each shirt so PLEASE if anyone can help me I am grateful.

let the shirt cool off before placing. Anytime I have one where a corner lifted after cooling I use silacone or Teflon sheet and repress.

yeah?
and the silicone or teflon keeps it down?
The Teflon just protects the transfer.

I use the Teflon on all transfers light or dark on the first press. This should always be done with dark transfers. If your not using a cover sheet the edges maybe over heating causing the adhesive on the transfer to over bake. I uassaly only press dark transfers once. Only if something lifts after cooling do I repress it.
Also make sure your press has even pressure, do the tshirt test to make sure the press is evenly pressing the shirt

The Teflon helps tremendously so I second that or even a Teflon bra cover if they make them for your press save money.
