Re: New to the T-shirt world

You have several options.
1. Direct to Garment Printers which as it name says....prints the design in as many colors as you would like directly to the Tshirt.
2. Purchase a heat press (Hotronix is usually the best) and transfers from companies like Versa Trans priced much lower than companies like Stahls.
3. Purchase Cadcutters (Roland GX 24 or Graphtec CE5000-60 are best) and cadcut materials like www.monkeygripmaterials.com.

One of these options is a great relatively inexpensive option.

Re: Super Film for Performance Apparel

There are other companies out there like Versa Trans, Specialty Materials and Axiom America (Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce) who sell materials with a much softer hand than Stahls/Imprintables/Sisser and in some cases up to 30% less. I know we carry our Monkey Grip Film which adheres to Nylon, Polys and Cottons for $35.00 for a 5 yard roll.

Re: Any experience with Monkey Grip from Axiom??

Its a great material very soft hand and it adheres to Nylon as well as cottons/Polys. Its a PU material less than a mill thick and you can actually change the appearance of the material using papers like Kraft Paper, Two color texturizing Paper and Teflon. They also have lowest price in the industry for Flock & Glitter.
