Hi I just re-designed my site and would like some feedback. Also I would like some opinions about the T-shirt designs. I would like to boost the appeal of both. I appreciate all the advise and really try to use all of your knowlegde to the best of my ability so thank you very much. And please be honest.

I can't say much cause you are further along in the process then me, so congrats :)

-Your menu buttons need a vertical style if they are going to stay vertical...they currently are for horizontal menu bar.
-Your logo (TSC at the top left) should stay the same size when changing pages.
-The same logo should be a link to the home page
- Your Thank you for your business sign at the top right could/should be uniform.
-When clicking on a shirt design on details tab it takes way too long to bring it up, load, and become ideally viewable for the user...it should not take longer then 1 sec to enlarge the image..(do it like the Coming Soon image..that is quick to enlarge...still 3 secs to unblur image)
-i would bring the phone number and facebook id off the bottom of the page..I didn't notice it the first dozen or so times i clicked on contact.

I like the simple color scheme..though I am using a similar (same colors but white isn't the main) color scheme for a wholesale site I'm developing.

My background is in programming, web development, testing, user experience and I am trying to pick up screen printing as a hobby(if I'm any good at it I'll go from there:) ). You are way ahead of me so take my thoughts to heart..or as a grain of salt...hope they help.

I like your designs, I don't like the fact that I have to click on each one and wait for it to load to get a clear view. Most people are not that patient and will move on..

You should offer a size small and maybe a 3x and you should have a size chart available.

Other then that I like how it is clean and I like the concept and the product.

You are off to a great start!

Website:
I agree with previous posts it screams amateur. I also do not like the long wait time to view an image. I think the site looks templet (which it probably is.) As stated before, look at other sites selling clothing.

Designs:
I'm not a fan of the company logo and therefor most of the designs. Design delight is in the eye of the beholder. For every person that does NOT like it, there will be a person who DOES like it. It's just a matter of getting in front of those who do like it.

Keep plugging and keep refining. Don't put much weight in what is said in a forum, (though we can learn from it), put the weight in how much you are selling.

The public will always tell us when we are on to something!

People will find success. Great stuff can't elude the masses. If people like your stuff...they will buy it. They will tell their friends. So the issue is.....getting it in front of them. Identify who your customer is, and get some shirts on their backs. It seems to have a surf appeal to me.

Just my 2 cents. (Of course with inflation it's now worth $25!)

Good luck to you!
