Ran into a big problem

Hey guys, my initial plans for my tshirt line was to use american apparel tees and have TSC Apparel remove theirs tags and print my own. But where the problem comes in is that when I went to register an account the guy said I needed a retail license or something which I dont have because im a non US resident. So is there any way around this or another company I can use that has AP tees and neck tag relabling? All answers appreciateed :beer::)
