Raised logo shirt

Can anyone explain to what this process of raised lettering and logo with gold on top is called and how it’s done. The shirt is 100% cotton and the “print” is raised about 1/4” and has a rubber coating on back of the logo. It obviously requires a mold but right now I have no clue how this is done and extensive Google searches have come up empty, likely because I haven’t entered the correct terminology - nearly every search ends up with a reference to puff paint. It’s one of the most impactful shirts I’ve ever seen.

Normally I would say it is an embossed technique with a print overlay. But I'm not sure what you mean by rubber coating. Are you referring to a coating on the inside of the shirt? Can you post a picture?
I saw an AE shirt with raised print this weekend and I'm assuming any of the heat application companies have a product that is thicker to provide that effect. Definitely got me thinking...
on screen printing this is done with a product call puff you mix it with plastisol ink and once you run it trough the dryer it will increase the design volume creating a 3D effect on embroidery it is done by placing foam underneath the design either way you can watch this two processes on you tube since each has some technical specs you have to follow.

I was looking for pretty much the exact same thing a few years ago. It's a High Density Heat Transfer
Back when I was looking, Cruzlabel.com offered it, and had a bunch a really cool examples on their site from a few notable brands. After researching it now, looks like you can find Asian companies that still offer it here and here .. Hope this helps!
