First of all, thanks to T-shirt Forum!

Now, that ive successfully completed my perfect DIY DTG R230 Printer, its time to give my sincerest thanks to our Dear LORD for all the strength and wisdom to finish this project.

Blood, Sweat, tears and prayers are my only investments for this great success. it took me more than 4 months to figure out everything that contributed to my master piece.

why am i posting this, its for my fellow r230 dtgers. although we have different setup, i know you can make your own r230 dtg printer perfect.

for those who want to inquire about pw, pe etc sensors, please state first your setup type...i have here conveyor type not the sliding board type feeder. so, what i suggests here would not be applicable to your setup if we dont have the same setup.

anyways, try to relocate your pe sensor where it fits and serves its purpose. modify it if its needed. u can also disassemble your sensor if its convenient with you.

I still have the normal ink pump... mine works fine...normal feeding, normal cleaning if it needs cleaning using the ssc, sometimes it goes paper jam depending on the thickness of the garments like denim pants.

from what country are you bro?

please share with us some pics and videos of your diy dtg it would be nice to see A4 diy dtg printer ........Please show us how you made it work....

thank you...thank you.....:D...yes, i will upload my working r230 soon...just waiting for my sexy model to arrive...hehehe...just imagine the video with r230 on top the frame and printing....or maybe any epson model!... ;)

Kabayan baka naman pwede mo ako matulungan gumawa ng diy dtg printer? Meron akong hp printer dito and epson printer. Step by step mo naman ako para makagawa ng sarili. Di ako alam kung pano ako magsisimula. Walang wala akong idea. Maraming salamat kabayan.

sorry talaga sir.di ko kabisado eh...kung may picture sana...at pareho ang model ok na ok..kung maraming ganyan dyan sa japan na second hand... bilin mo na lahat at magconvert tayo dyan...dyan tayo gawa... maganda mga tools dyan
