My printer is Epson R2000. Now 2 lights are flashing simultaneously.

I have attach the video about the error. In adjustment program it shows fatal error. In Printer status monitor, it shows paper problems. I have change the carbon cable of printhead but still got the same problem.

I have the same issue with my r2000. Did you ever find the cause or better the solution? If so please do let me know.
