Well I've had my R-Jet 5 for a couple of months now, and this has been the best week so far, 30-40 shirts a day, not a single reject, I must have earnt a grand out of the machine this week. Once you get the hang of the spray gun it's as quick as you like, and in a busy shop like mine it just prints away in the background. I hang some violin roll in one corner as backdrop, and drape the shirts on a piece of cardboard to spray, then straight on the press to dry, next one on the board while that's happening. After printing I put the shirts through the old Adelco dryer, set low and slow, and I get a fab print every time. I ran a Kornit Breeze for a bit, but I wouldn't swap my Jet 5 for it now, and when I get busier I'll just buy another. Great service from Resolute btw, always there to answer the inevitable questions.
A happy printer,
Richard
