R Heroes Work Shirt Distribution

Hello Everyone, Hope all is good. I am looking for anyone who knows about the "R Heroes" brand of firefighters workshirt. I have a few customers who are requesting the shirt, which I have been able to supply up till this week. The web site is active and I've submitted my latest order in over two weeks ago and have not heard back from anyone in the company. They also have been bought out by a company call Rockoff Distribution. I've also sent two emails and a phone call as of today. Does anyone else out there use this product? If so, are you having the same poor customer service? I'm always having to delay my customers orders on this product. I'm hoping someone knows or has info on the business. I'm all about customer service and this is very frustrating not knowing if my orders are being taken care of.

I placed an order on 1/8/16 and it's now 1/26/16.... this is my first time dealing with them and I am REALLY disappointed :( Poor communication throughout the entire process and now I have pissed off my customer because this is taking so long. Anyone else have experience with them? Good or bad?
