An iphone app for customers to get screen printing quotes?

I don't think there would be a "general" one of those because it would have to be tailored to the specific printer's pricing (and contact information).

I'm sure you could have one built though fairly easily through someplace like elance.com or odesk.com. I don't know how often people would need it though.

Seems like it might be easier to make a mobile version of your screen printing website that can easily be accessed through smart phones.

You may want to check out Meshcount: Simple software for instant screen printing quotes. - It might do what you need. I know they have some quoting features in their software.
