Hi All,

I am trying to find the best solution for doing 1-off t-shirt printing. I am very uneducated on the results of DTG and sublimation and are any of that remotely comparable to screen printing? Does anyone know what companies like mysoti.com or zazzle.com are using to print?

Can't answer the last two questions..DTG and sublimation are not at all like screen printing....Sublimation is only for 100% polyester (I know some do it on 65/35 but for me they are not commercial) and it becomes part of the garment...DTG is printed directly on the garment and you do not have the heavy hand you have with screen print, plus you can do full color designs and photos...easiest way is to find a DTG operator and outsource and you will both make money, except you will have less hassle than the DTG operator will have as he/she will have to eat any mistakes..

According to these threads, it looks like they use dtg printers:

Zazzle uses 30 T-Jet Blazer Pro printers for their printing.
