I have an order for 20 shirts, 2 colors on front, 2 colors on back..this is my calculations but this is with my profits but it seems too expensive and probably won't get the order.

Garment $2.80
Transfers $10.26 (5.13 each transfer)
Which is $13.06 without my labor charges

With labor it's $14.73/shirt
Still not including my profit...

If you are worried I would find some sort of incentive maybe? Like saying you will do the graphic design at 1/2 price or something similar. I was working for a company that did something similar. They scored massive amounts of business for their transfers and also got some good design business as well.
