What kind of fabric is that below the mouse?

Looks like velour.

The mouse looks like velour, but it could be sitting on short-weave carpeting, or upholstry material.

Looks like a jacquard velour or burnout velour, without the loops sheared off. Def looks like a heavy upholstery fabric.
