I have a vector graphic of a tree. I went to effect-warp-twist. Now the tree is bent like I want but when I grab it to send to the cutter it will only send the tree as it was before. Seems I have to make another step. Can someone please tell me what I have to do next? Thanks!

I think you need to go to object and expand appearance.

If you ran an effect on it...illustrator keeps the original image, so you can go back and adjust the effect...
I think maybe that's why it isn't cutting right.

Or flatten transparency. I don't know what the difference between flatten and expand are. They seem to do the same thing.
