How can i do mock ups of cups,umbrellas,and stuff like that to show customers how their logo will look in those items?

Take a photo of a cup. In your graphics program, open the cup photo and add the artwork in a new layer and size to suit
Thats it? No software needed
Try Gimp; it's a free downloadable photo editing software. There are very useful tutorials on youtube.
And had it and didn't know it was so easy
