when i start getting my t-shirts printed,is it cheaper to get my t-shirts with woven tags or screenprinted tags, do the screenprinter still need to burn a screen to print the company name,100%cotton,made in america,etc or is there a cheaper way to get this printed.

Depending on volume, having your custom tags sewn in is cheaper than having them screenprinted. But the only way to know for sure is to get pricing both ways based on the number of shirts you plan on producing.
