Hi i am going to start screen printing soon as i am new to it.

for the paint do i buy that from like home depot, is it just like regular paint?

No, you should be using inks that are specifically made for screen printing onto t-shirts.

Try searching "screen print ink" and you will find plenty of suppliers.
