question about kiosk 3

hello
I want your opinion on the kiosk 3, I have heard good and bad, sometimes horror story on this machine, but sometimes it is a problem use, is there anyone running this machine, and it works well, I want to know the experience of someone who owns the machine? we have a website customization tshirt...:confused:

Also, DTG just makes good stuff..... actually put thought into engineering, rather than just put a machine together to make $$.

This was my opinion of the machine when we first purchased, now I couldn't disagree more. :(

If I had to choose between HM1 and K3 I would never choose a K3, we do own a K3 and HM1.. HM1 is indestructible, and you just need to feed him with ink and t-shirts.. K3 is like a spoiled child...and have more problems than good stuff on him.. Ink reset happens so often and its so annoying but HM1 ink reset happens once in a month or less...

My vote goes on HM1

But my problem repeats all the time.Just don't no what too do with this machine.Yesterday all works fine but this morning colapse.I'm reading manual but there is no answer too my problem.Over and over on the control panel shows busy then i shut down damn machine and do same procedure again.

dusko11 I had the same problem before. I've contact my distributor and they suspect a problem with the ink chip . They have sent me new Epson board and new ink chip. I just replaced them and its not keep reseting/purging anymore now. However i have truncation problem between white and color print since day 1 i got the machine and its already has been 6 month. I cant touch the platen between print to avoid the truncation. Already try putting a duck tape below the platen to avoid the platen sliding with the conveyor but still the same. They have send me new servo board along with the other part that I've mention earlier and i already replaced the board and still no luck. The problem still there and getting worse. Will try to consult with my distributor after Chinese new year. If anyone have the same problem and have a solution for me, i hope can tell me how to fix it.

What kind of truncation? X or Y?
