Question about Jet Ski Graphics

I own the Roland BN-20. What is the best 20" roll material for decals (windows)? Also, my husband wants me to do some jet ski graphics for him. Any idea about material? Most of what I seen comes in wide rolls. Can rolls be cut to 20"? If so, how?
