How do you avoid the gray t shirt from loosing color?

Tried pressing on a gray 100% polyester T shirt and it looses the gray color where the press touches the garment (used a cloth pillow, mouse pad, etc). Also tried with other colors and happens the same.

Can it be avoided? What setting should be adjusted?

Colors are vivid with these settings but keep loosing part of the original t shirt color:

Temp 385 F
Time 35 secs.
Light pressure (Stahl 1-2)

You have no white so many designs will look quite bad when pressed coloured shirts....Just the way it is.....

That is just moisture going out of the shirt, it should come back to its original color after a few hours.
