Can anyone explain to me the meaning of "disco dots"? A friend of mine is looking for an explaination of ART TREATMENT DESCRIPTION: EMB/RHINESTUDS/DISCO DOTS

if I'm not mistaken . . I think they are something like sequins . . they are more on the flat side
some sequins have pin holes for stringing and other craft ideas . . whereas the disco dots don't have the pin holes . .
