I'm looking for high quality foam front flat bill trucker hats. Not otto or cobra quality. Something that could be branded and not embarrassing to put in a store. They will be embroidered or screen printed. Anyone have any sources? Im tired of ordering samples and they all are cheap garbage. Looking for quality similar to what RVCA uses for their foam hats.

Meta or outdoor cap. You can also source through them and Otto if you order enough. That way you can get your spec. Having said that, a foam trucker hat is cheap by definition. Having said that, we did some work on trucker hats for a designer and he was selling them for $249.00. Go figure.

DT624 from Sanmar is a "decent" flat brim foam trucker. But like Binki says, the foam trucker has always had a certain cheapness to it.

sanmar lots of colors, we do sublimation and they print grreat. good luck uncletee
