I am looking to start playing around with creating my designs. What is the normal size photoshop template most designers use that can be considered a print ready template.

I want to be able to create the design with have to contort the size a lot to fit the shirt template attached. This is the shirt setup that will be used on my website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Take a tape measure and measure width of your real tshirt I use an XL as that seems to be my most popular size, then measure with ruler tool in Photoshop width of mock up template, you can adjust scale of Photoshop mock until both width match.your shirt is now actual size in Photoshop and when you drop a design in that is say 13" width x18" tall it will be got actual print size.
