I just ordered a couple yards of twill from stahls the other day (51" wide) and it has some weird lines through it exactly every 11". What would cause this or is twill always like? or did I just get a bad batch?

Tried calling customer support and left a message with quality control but haven't heard back. Hopefully, someone here can give me some advice/let me know if this is normal (I dont know, first time ordering twill)...
