How many of you use a combination of photoshop and coreldraw? Wondering how that works for you and is it a fairly smooth transition to import/export from one to another while working on a project.

Got a new laptop and downloaded CD again and it's working so testing it out but have seen some post where some like PS better than Corel paint and some like CD better than illustrator so just curious about using that combo.

Thanks

I rarely use vector design software such as Coreldraw, Illustrator or Inkscape. I much prefer designing in Photoshop then vectorising my designs with VectorMagic.

If I really feel the need to design a vector from scratch or alter an existing vector then I just use my cutter software, Sure Cuts A Lot 5.

These methods have never failed me.

Been on the Corel/Photoshop combo for over 15 years - design in Corel, color separations in Photoshop (and certain special effects that would be doable in Corel, but quicker in Photoshop) Just export from Corel as a psd.
If you're doing seps in Photoshop, do the export from Corel with anti-aliasing turned off
